Help when you need it

We know that a failed boiler or heating system is always an inconvenience, whether at home or your business. Your priority will always be to get it back up and running as quickly as possible. That's why we've made the Boilerplus claims process as simple and painless as we can - you even get to use an engineer you know and trust.

The most important thing to do first if something goes wrong, is check your insurance certificate to make sure the fault is covered by your policy. For instance, a boiler only policy won't cover you for a radiator fault.

  • Contact your heating engineer
    Get in touch with your heating engineer to assess the fault and get it fixed. Just be sure to contact us before going ahead with repairs estimated to cost more than £500 including VAT.
  • Paying for repairs
    Then pay the engineer and provide us with the original invoice so we can reimburse you - remember, call out fees, parts, and labour in normal working hours are all covered, providing an insured part is repaired or replaced.
  • Get in touch
    Be sure to notify us within six months of the incident and provide invoices or receipts for all work completed.
